Yoga & Fitness Classes Schedule

My current weekly schedule of yoga and fitness classes I offer here in the Pinedale, WY area:

Mondays & Thursdays (at Rendezvous Point)
10:00am  "In Motion"  -- "In Motion" is designed to move everything, finding and expanding your range of motion, strengthening your balance, and releasing those tight areas with simple stretches and gentle chair yoga. 

Tuesdays & Thursdays (Pinedale Aquatic Center)
8:30am   30/30 Spin/Yoga  --30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga.  This is the best stress-busting class!  The cycling makes the yoga feel soooooo good, and you leave class feeling accomplished and balanced!  

Tuesdays  (Pinedale Aquatic Center)
10:00am   Restorative Tai Chi    --This class blends the benefits of tai chi and qigong with restorative yoga, creating a wonderfully rejuvenating and relaxing workout that is great for the mind and gentle on the body. 

Fridays  (Pinedale Aquatic Center)
8:30am  Gentle Yoga --This gentle yoga class is a blend of restorative yoga, flowing vinyasa, and self-massage. Class is structured to gain flexibility, strength and tone, as well as learning skills to de-stress and relax. A low to moderate intensity class, the poses can be modified to fit your needs. Come and create your own "bubble of bliss"!
